EUROPOSTUA takes responsibility for the goods, which passed through your warehouse. For goods that the store has not sent or courier store did not deliver to our warehouse, we are not responsible.

- Seeds of plants and agricultural products, dangerous plants
- Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products
- Medicines, except dietary supplements
- Narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances
- Documents, securities and money
- Articles of precious metals or stones
- Art goods
- Weapon, ammunition, gunpowder, flammable and other hazardous substances
- Objects of obscene and immoral character
- Batch of goods by prior arrangement
- Specific product by prior arrangement
- Items which shipment is prohibited by law
PARCEL LIMIT €100 EURO
Divisible package (e.g. clothing)
If the value of the parcel exceeds €100 euro, EUROPOSTUA distributes the contents of the parcel for free so that the limit is not exceeded.
Indivisible package (e.g. tablet)
If the cost of the good exceeds €100 euro, a customs duty is required. Transportation of such goods is negotiated in advance
DELIVERY TERMS
If the parcel does not reach you within 15 business days, compensation is possible. Each situation is considered individually.
CONSOLIDATION
If you have several orders, EUROPOSTUA will make a FREE consolidation of these orders in one package.
RECOMMENDATIONS
The weight of an ordinary parcel is up to 30 kg. In some cases we can deliver parcel up to 50 kg.
